Ofsted inspections are an important part of children's residential care. They provide independent scrutiny, challenge providers and help ensure that children and young people receive the standard of care they deserve.

A young person living in a 3S Adolescent home should have opportunities to influence the environment around them. That could include decisions about activities, food, routines, their bedroom, relationships, education and plans for the future.

As 3S Adolescent Care continues to grow, including reaching four homes in under four years, each new opening is an opportunity to create an environment that reflects our values from day one.

When we talk about quality in children’s residential care, it is tempting to focus on inspections, policies, procedures and performance measures.

There are some milestones that deserve to be celebrated. For 3S Adolescent Care, reaching four homes in under four years is certainly one of them.
