REGISTERED MANAGER
Full Time

Lead a home where young people can feel safe, valued and able to thrive. As Registered Manager, you’ll provide strong, compassionate leadership, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while creating a positive culture for both young people and your team. You’ll build trusted relationships with families, professionals and commissioners, while supporting your team to deliver consistent, therapeutic and individualised care. We’re looking for an experienced leader who combines sound judgement with warmth, resilience and ambition, and who genuinely believes that great leadership can change lives.
This is more than managing a home. It’s about creating the environment where futures can change.
SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKERS

As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in creating a home where young people feel safe, respected and supported. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues and help young people develop confidence, emotional resilience and practical life skills.
Every day will bring something different, from encouraging positive choices to celebrating important milestones. We’re looking for someone who is calm, compassionate, resilient and confident in supporting others.

DEPUTY HOME MANAGER

Be a key part of a team helping young people build confidence, resilience and independence. As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in creating a safe, structured and nurturing home, while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team.
You’ll help maintain high standards of care, support staff development and build positive relationships with young people and professionals. We’re looking for someone who is organised, emotionally intelligent, dependable and ready to lead by example.

RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKERS

This is an opportunity to do work that genuinely matters. As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll build trusted relationships with young people and support them through everyday experiences, challenges and achievements. From encouraging education and life skills to sharing activities, listening and celebrating progress, you’ll help create a safe and positive home environment.
